Usage/instructions for use*:

ACRAPRIME is used as a primer for porous surfaces like wooden fibreboards, concrete or masonry.

Apply Acraprime with a paint brush and allow to dry for 10-30 minutes (depending on temperature).

Apply Partel tapes or adhesive products afterwards using some pressure.

Application areas

ACRAPRIME is used as a primer for porous surfaces like wooden fibreboards, concrete or masonry.

Application process

Ensure surface is clear from dust, grease, and loose material. The substrate must to be dry and free from frost. Apply ACRAPRIME with a paint brush and allow to dry for 10-30 minutes (depending on temperature). Apply Partel tapes or adhesive products afterwards using some pressure. When applying primer to substrate allow 10% wider primed surface area than the tape. 

1 litre can be used to prime 80m

Substrates

Creates an excellent tacky surface to adhere to. ACRAPRIME substrates concrete, plaster, wood, steel, wood base panels OSB, MDF and plywood. A smoother physical substrate will result in optimum adhesion between tape and surface.
